When it comes to the protection of animal rights Europe comes first in the planet.A new ban on cats and dogs fur in the EU will decrease by thousands the killing of these animals. The European Union law makers understand that respecting animal rights is is as important as understanding the value of life the state of dignity that humans achieve through that recognition.
The majority of these farms for fur are in China. ""Many people are unwittingly deceived into buying garments made out of cat and dog fur due to mislabelling. This law will put an end to these deceptive practices," said Labour MEP Arlene McCarthy." " As cat and dog fur can be hard to detect when it is dyed, some states are already using hi-tech systems - mass spectrometry or DNA testing - to identify it."
